February 13th we took a leap and launched.

Okay, okay... it may not be as exciting as launching a hang glider, but the virtual launch of our "Live The Dream" film project in to the Kickstarter community and the internet ethers in general was quite the leap of faith.

We've been sleeping, eating and living this project for nearly a year now - - it's taken us across the country, from sea level to cloud base, and connected us with some of the best characters you could ever hope to meet. With so much invested in this film - about one girl's journey of learning to fly - we couldn't help but be a bit nervous!

30 days, 82 fist bumps, 577 "likes" and $5,114 later, and we're completely feeling the love!

Absolute amazement is a common feeling in our neck of the woods, as we've received messages and feedback from a completely diverse group of people. Pilots and non-pilots, women and men, masters of foot landings and folks who still skid in on their bellies - and above all else, people who are finding that little extra nudge to live out their own dreams, whether or not their feet are touching the ground. 

Says AM of Florida, "Your video, in my opinion, is a necessary and very fun way to show people that not only can we fly, but anything is possible.

There also seems to be a bit of nostalgia floating about with regard to knee-scraping: "Thanks for making me laugh," says NF, "The landings/crashes are just soooo familiar!"

And of course, some folks are using it for a bit of much-needed validation:

Seth and I are honored to have connected with so many of you, from so many countries and free flight communities around the world in such a short amount of time. We cannot wait to show you the film!
