Update on Wills Wing’s response to the ongoing COVID-19 situation
At the beginning of April, Wills Wing began the production of medical face shields to help fill an urgent need for the local medical community. We have since expanded to producing a number of other personal protective equipment products. This has allowed us to partially re-open our facility, as we are now operating as an “essential business.” We are rigorously complying with medical guidelines for personal distancing, use of protective equipment, and sanitation procedures so as to mitigate exposure risk to our employees.
We have a very limited capacity at this time to process and ship other orders, primarily for items which are in stock. We are accepting new glider orders, but we cannot project a production date or delivery time at this time.
We urge everyone to stay safe, and be patient, as all information indicates that the continued use of all of the currently recommended safety guidelines provides the best opportunity for mitigating the spread of the virus and allowing an eventual return to a more normal mode of operation.
